Our client is a well-established, market leader in the pump and water industry. A major player in the sales, distribution and manufacturing of one of the widest ranges of pumping equipment in Australia, operating ing the industrial, mining, commercial and fire industries.

**About the role**
Join part of our busy team in Brisbane reporting to the Service Co-ordinator. This full time, permanent role is a position that requires both workshop and onsite based servicing and repairs of pumps and rotating equipment over a variety of industries.

Key duties include:

- Pump repair and assessment
- Testing and troubleshooting
- Component restoration work
- Preparing report documentation

**About You**
A technically minded, hands on, problem-solving individual with the ability to work autonomously who is committed to providing excellent customer product support will succeed in this role.
- Trade qualifications as a Mechanical Fitter
- Practical pump industry experience would be an advantage
- Knowledge and experience with pressure systems, submersible stormwater and sewage pumps, and fire pump systems experience would be an advantage
- Experience with electric motors and diesel engines would be an advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to streamline internal communications
- Highly motivated with the ability to plan, schedule and manage time efficiently
- Physically fit and healthy
- Current Australian manual driver's licence is required
- Confined space trained would be an advantage
- Disconnect -reconnect qualified would be an advantage
