If you thrive in a social environment, love mixing drinks, and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, this is your chance to bring your energy and creativity to a popular resort setting.Your responsibilities will include:Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wineDeliver professional, friendly service while engaging with guestsRecommend drink pairings and upsell to enhance the guest experienceMaintain a clean, stocked, and organised bar areaWork collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless serviceQualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:Previous bartending experience in a busy bar or hospitality environmentStrong product knowledge and confidence in mixing classic cocktailsExceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable personalityAvailability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and eveningsCurrent RSA certificate essentialAdditional InformationAt Minor Hotels, we value our people as the heart of our success.
