Bar Attendant

Job DescriptionAt our vibrant Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort, we aim to craft memorable experiences through exceptional food, drinks, and service.Our bustling bar is the heart of the resort where guests come together to relax, celebrate, and indulge in a true Sunshine Coast experience.We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Bar Attendant to join our team on a casual basis.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
  • Deliver professional, friendly service while engaging with guests.
  • Recommend drink pairings and upsell to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications:
  • Previous bartending experience in a busy bar or hospitality environment.
  • Strong product knowledge and confidence in mixing classic cocktails.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable personality.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • Current RSA certificate essential.
