Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be based at our Alice Springs store in a role that can offer you career growth opportunities.Leveraging your diverse skills and experience you will take responsibility for:Leading, mentoring, and empowering staffEnsuring compliance and safe work practicesMaximising store performanceDriving sales targets and business initiativesEnsuring the provision of superior service deliveryRecognising and pro-actively driving continuous improvementAbout YouYou can demonstrate effective influencing and leadership skills with the determination to drive exceptional service delivery and strengthen Bridgestone's position as a market leader.
You are also able to effectively manage relationships by building rapport quickly whilst engaging with key stakeholders.
Your commitment to health and safety is essential.Qualifications And ExperienceTyre fitting and/or mechanical experience (desirable).
Certificate IV in Front Line Management (desirable).
Sales management experience.Strong oral and written communication.Problem-solving skills.Experience in leading, managing, and motivating staff.Exceptional time management and organisational skills.Knowledge of the tyre industry will assist your transition into this career defining role however is not essential.
