Pakton Group is a Queensland electronics manufacturer based in Deception Bay, North Brisbane. We are looking for a production worker to assist in our factory.

The role will have varied tasks and responsibilities and we are seeking an individual who is quick to adapt and comes with a can-do attitude. Must have experience working in the manufacturing industry.

Duties will include:

- Carry out product manufacture including:
- Preparation and assembly of electronic components;
- Population of circuit boards including soldering and cleaning;
- Using in-house programming and test equipment;
- Installing circuits into plastic enclosures

**Skills and experience**

The successful applicant will require:

- Experience working in production
- Knowledge of manufacturing production and processes
- Able to work autonomously and have good attention to detail
- Must be computer literate
- Experience with mechanical tools and power tools, drills etc
- A team player with great communication/ phone skills both with other staff members and customers
- Promotes a clean workspace area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Great time management, planning and organisational skills are a must
- Experience with soldering

Must be able to reliably commute to Deception Bay.

This is a casual position, Monday - Friday up to 35 hours a week with some flexibility with hours

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $26.15 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Deception Bay, QLD 4508: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Soldering: 1 year (preferred)
