We are looking for experienced **Disability Support Workers** to join our team to look after one of our clients on Russell Island. Initially, it will be a service on **Wednesdays from 9am to 5pm**with the intention of adding more days in the future.

Main Responsibilities:

- Assist with Personal Care
- Provide Domestic Assistance
- Provide companionship and support clients with social activities
- Assist clients with transportation to appointments, etc.
- Meal preparation
- Assist Clients with medication

Key requirements:

- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
- Well presented, reliable and resilient
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Current National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Current unrestricted driver's license
- Assist clients with medication unit (desirable - or willing to obtain)
- Blue and yellow card/NDIS Workers screening check or willing to obtain
- Comprehensive car insurance
- COVID 19 Vaccination

On offer will be excellent remuneration, a pleasant working environment and training opportunities.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $42.28 - $76.10 per hour

**Experience**:

- Aged/Disability Care: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (preferred)
- Driver's licence (preferred)
- First Aid/CPR (preferred)
