About this opportunity: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Operator for a full-time, permanent position.
The successful candidate will make a positive impact on our business.
About you: Self-motivated; able to work shift work and overtime as required Strong focus on safety and quality Previous experience operating evaporators and dryers in the food industry is preferred Exceptional fault finding and troubleshooting skills Effective communication skills with a solid understanding of GMP and HACCP principles Sound numeracy and literacy skills SAP system experience will be highly regarded Dedicated, flexible, and adaptable to various work rosters Attention to detail and ability to build positive relationships within the business Lactalis encourages a safe learning environment to support your successful and rewarding career with us.
