**Receptionist**

**AEC Moorabbin, Mount Waverley & Frankston VIC**

AEC is a purpose-built Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care facility with up to date equipment and a dedicated team of Emergency & Critical Care Veterinarians and Nurses practicing exceptionally high standards of patient care. They are a knowledgeable, approachable and highly supportive team.

We are currently seeking vibrant and efficient **Receptionist **on a **part-time or causal basis **for all 3 of our 24 hour 7 day a week facilities.

**The primary responsibilities of this position include**
- Delivering outstanding client care and customer service to all patients and clients
- Administration duties and associated tasks
- Participating as an enthusiastic team member with a positive 'go getter' attitude
- Previous experience working as a receptionist is a must
- Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive under the pressure and fast pace of a busy emergency and critical care animal hospital
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with all personality types
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to work well within an exciting and vibrant team environment
- Experience working in the Veterinary Industry is preferred, but not essential
