About The Role
As aSupervisor, you'll be the driving force behind every shift.
From leading your team to delivering exceptional customer service to making sure everything runs smoothly, you'll take ownership and keep things moving in the right direction.
Smiles with your mouth and eyes– cheeky, bold, and playful, just like the Mad Mex spirit
Thrives in the fast lane– You own it when the heat's on and keep things rolling smoothly, no matter what

Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
Ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to brand standards.
Manage shifts, delegate tasks, and resolve issues promptly.
Support training and development of team members.
