**About the Role**

Supervisors play an important role at Mad Mex. You will work in all service areas - food prep, grill, counter, and cashier. As a Supervisor, you will take charge during the shift and be responsible for team supervision, ordering stock, banking, and opening/closing the restaurant

**Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 3:30 pm**

**The restaurant will be closed for 2 weeks over the Christmas period and you will need to take annual leave at this time. If you prefer to work in another restaurant / and if there are shifts available this can be arranged.**

As part of the New Restaurant Opening process, you may be required to undergo training in a location close to the new location of the restaurant for training. We will keep you posted but how exciting you will get to work alongside some of our best in the Mad Mex Familia

**About You**

We are looking for friendly and outgoing individuals with a strong work ethic and a high sense of responsibility. You are the "Go to" person on shift so you must have a sound knowledge of the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Previous supervisor experience in hospitality or QSR is highly regarded but not essential.
