We're on the lookout for a commercially savvy, financially sharp leader to step into the role of Commercial Manager within our IHG Own Network. This is a high-impact position where you'll be the trusted advisor to the Group GM and leadership team, delivering insights, driving profitability, and guiding strategic decision-making across our retail and trade business.

**About the Opportunity**

**Strategic Partnering & Planning**
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute financial strategies that support sustainable growth.
- Build scenarios and identify opportunities to meet budget objectives.

**Forecasting & Budgeting**
- Lead the forecasting and budgeting process with a strong focus on accuracy and insight.
- Track financial performance and drive data-led decision making through clear analysis.

**Performance & Month-End Insights**
- Deliver insightful variance analysis, commentary, and performance tracking.
- Own monthly reporting packs and work cross-functionally to drive improvements.

**Inventory & Operations Support**
- Champion inventory optimisation and support compliance with stocktake processes.
- Partner with store operations to ensure commercial strategies translate into front-line success.

**Property & CAPEX**
- Oversee lease schedules, capex modelling, and support key investment decisions with robust financial analysis.

**Risk, Compliance & Audit**
- Identify key risks, ensure compliance, and help maintain audit readiness across commercial functions.

**You're Likely a Match**
- CA or CPA qualified with strong commercial instincts and operational awareness
- Experience in a fast-paced retail or trade environment
- Advanced financial literacy, strong modelling skills and the ability to distill complex insights
- Confident communicator - able to engage, influence and partner across all levels
- Proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and retail systems (ERP, POS)
