**About the role**

As an integral member of the Trade Sales team your role will support the Trade Sales Representative and their customer accounts. The role will be responsible for:

- Preparing & sending customer quotations
- Assist customers and Trade Reps in arranging orders and ensuring they are processed within the cut off times
- Coordinating order entry with the internal sales & patio estimating teams
- Ensure all account administration is maintained and kept up to date
- Ensure the monthly budget targets are met
- Proactively anticipate and resolve customer queries
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Liaise with manufacturing and despatch teams

**The successful applicant will have the following skills and attributes**:

- Strong customer focus with an eye for detail and a sense of urgency to achieve results
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong safety awareness of all associates within the workplace
- Excellent presentation skills
- Be a hands on, practical person with a good technical ability
- Be honest, self-motivated and have a passionate desire to be successful
- Experience in a manufacturing industry (desirable)

To be successful in this role you will need to have a thorough understanding of the products and services provided by **Stratco** and be willing to participate in regular training relating to **Stratco's** products and systems to ensure your knowledge is kept up to date.
