**The Opportunity**

PWR is growing, and we're looking for enthusiastic **Manufacturing Assistants** to join our dynamic team Be part of a vibrant, hands-on crew producing world-class cooling technology used across motorsport, performance, and high-end industries.

You will be a part of a well structure production line, assembling high end components using a variety of power tools and machinery.

**Your Skills and Experience**
- Commitment to safety, quality, and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret documentation and basic detailed drawings.
- Use of basic hand tools.
- Relevant manufacturing or general mechanical experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
- Must be able to work unsupervised at times and effectively in a team environment.
- Must have the ability to sustain concentration during repetitive processes.
- More importantly, your positive attitude, strong work ethic, willingness to learn and flexibility is what makes you stand out
