We are an export company looking for a full time dedicated Internal Auditor with at least 2x years of work experience as internal auditor.

**The role**:
The Internal Auditor will be responsible in performing and controlling full audit cycle to various divisions. This position shall evaluate the company's risk management, recommends solutions and evaluates the company's compliance to various programs and legalities. This role aims to bring to the company a systematic and disciplined approach to improve the effectiveness of the company's procedures and policies.

**Job description**:

- Conducts full audit cycle including risk management in order to provide evaluation to the company's compliance with all given directives and regulations
- Provide to the board of directors reports that are necessary to address certain situations that involves the company's performance
- Review account discrepancies and account information by conducting an investigation from customers
- Evaluate company's operations, risk management and compliance to regulations
- Required to confidently travel to Papua New Guinea as needed

**Skills**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in a range of internal audit that may include full knowledge in invoicing, payment processing and budgeting
- Excellent skill in general accounting
- Have the capability to research, understand and assess compliance against a range of laws, policies and company procedures
- Creates and maintain open communication with management and stakeholders
- Good level of report writing skills with a focus on providing well researched recommendations
- Effective verbal and writing with analytical and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of legislation, regulations and standards applicable to the company's operational activities
- Experienced in MYOB and Windward (most preferred)

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent course

**Salary**: $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Richlands, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
