Experienced Foreman for Leading D&C Construction Company

My client situated on the North Shore are a dynamic Design and Construct construction firm currently turning over $80m+ with a current head count of 50 skilled professionals. With ambitious plans for substantial growth over the next 3-5 years, the company specialises in delivering cutting-edge new build and refurbishment projects across the healthcare, education, industrial, and retail sectors, ranging from $0.5 million to $40 million.

Foreman requirement:
In response to strategic expansion, recent project triumphs, and sustained negotiated and repeat business they are looking to bring on a talented Foreman.

Working in close collaboration with the Site Manager, your primary responsibilities will involve contributing to commercial projects typically valued between $15 million and $40 million. The role will require you to meet strict construction timelines, record accurate documentation through site diaries and forecasts, comprehensive oversight and management of on-site personnel, and the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) protocols.

Key Qualifications for Success:

- Ideally, possess trade qualifications as a Carpenter
- A proven track record in successfully delivering projects valued above $15 million
- A diverse construction background is highly advantageous
- Demonstrable proficiency in reporting and systems
- Exceptional supervision and rapport-building skills
- A comprehensive understanding of the entire construction process lifecycle
- Excellent knowledge of Building Code of Australia (BCA) and Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) requirements
- Outstanding leadership capabilities
