With support from your Centre Leadership Team, Teachers, and Educators, you will be empowered to develop your career while working towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.You will achieve this by:Maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and team membersComplying with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies and ProceduresBuilding positive relationships with children and familiesContributing to the education program and centre teamSupporting reflective practice and continuous improvementFostering a professional and positive work cultureTo be eligible for a Traineeship, you must not hold a previous Certificate or Diploma qualification completed outside of secondary school in the last 7 years.
