Join Eden Academy Caboolture as the 2nd Early Childhood Teacher. We are a child safe organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children. Operating from 6:30am to 6:30pm, we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open-plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 117 children to explore, grow, and thrive.
Responsibilities
Passionate about early education, with experience delivering high-quality care and learning
Thrives in inclusive, nurturing environments where every child feels seen and supported
Committed to empowering children to grow as independent, curious, and resilient learners
Brings a strong focus on school readiness, guiding little learners with care and intention
Designs engaging programs and fosters meaningful, thought-provoking conversations
Inspires a lifelong love of learning and helps lay the foundation for future success
Qualifications
A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
A working towards Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
A current Working with Children Check
Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Full Australian working rights
A professional, polished presence and warm approach
A natural curiosity and confidence when connecting with families and the local community
Demonstrated ability to deliver inspiring Kindergarten programs with heart and intention
Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
