**What you'll do**:

- Work with Campus Recruiters to create a plan for Universities within varies territories.
- Coordinate all events at assigned universities ensuring timeliness and consistency while partnering with Recruiting Coordinators and Campus Recruiters.
- Develop relationships with University Career Services to assist in overall insight and activities at each school
- Attend events/functions to assist in branding, enhancing awareness of Gartner; monitor and control budget relating to events.

**What you'll need**:

- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 to 5 years Campus Recruiting experience, with a strong track record of self sourcing talent.
- Ability to influence and build relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Experience working in a global team and managing recruitment across multiple regions.
