**About the role**

**Responsibilities include**:
To coordinate daily meal prep and cooking duties.
Ordering of Kitchen food and ensure food wastage at the end of each day is kept to a minimum.
To carry out daily kitchen and clean-up.
Comply with the current Food Safety and Hygiene Regulations.
Ability to understand allergies and the management of Children's allergies.
Ensure the safe handling and storage of equipment and ensure that it is well maintained, in good repair and used correctly.

**Requirements**:
Hold a Food Safety Supervisor Qualification.
Upholds the values and ethics of the College.
Possess good communication skills.
Hold a valid Victorian Working with Children Check card.
Must obtain a current Police Check.
