About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure staff are working together as a cohesive unit to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  2. Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day by practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
  3. Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service levels, safety, and guest well-being.
  4. Complete work orders for maintenance repairs and submit to the relevant department or contact directly for urgent repairs.
