As a Client Services Advisor, you'll be ensuring our customers get the exceptional service they deserve. Whether it's handling inquiries or managing policy updates, you'll be the face of our customer-centric approach. **About The Role**
- Onsite and full time, with no insurance experience required as full paid training provided
- Answer general inquiries, amending existing policies, and setting up new ones
- Provide outstanding service to our new and existing clients
- Promote the perks of our products and services to current and new customers
- Actively listen and tailor policies to meet customer needs
- Work towards sales and performance targets
