**About the Opportunity**
- ECH Social Programs promote independence by providing opportunities for social participation and meaningful pursuits to older people who are socially isolated and/or living with Dementia. Our ECH Activity Assistants contribute to the planning and implementation of weekly social program activities designed to maintain dignity, skills and health. As part of the role, you will provide personal care assistance where needs are identified whist also enabling client's independence and choice. This new opportunity is shared across multiple ECH Day Programs within Adelaide metro, with every day being different.**About You**
- You have experience in meal preparation, serving and clean up duties.- You are committed to the safety and well-being of clients and staff.- You are passionate about caring for people in the community and will contribute your ideas and hard work to make ECH better every day.- You will be able to demonstrate a high quality of electronical documentation and reporting skills, to identify client changes in care and escalate accordingly.- You are kind, even when a bit stressed out, dynamic and energetic. You are also flexible and adaptable to change.- You understand the physical/social/emotional/cultural needs of older people, including those living with Dementia.**Y**
