Embark on a rewarding learning journey as an Apprentice Sports Turf Manager at Marangaroo or Carramar Golf Club. Alongside your practical duties in maintaining sports fields and green areas, you'll also attend weekly classroom learning sessions. This four-year apprenticeship will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed for career advancement.

(Rostered weekend work is a part of the role)

Our program offers paid hands-on training under expert mentors, equipping you with valuable skills and a nationally recognised trade qualification. At the end of the program, you'll be prepared to take on roles as a Team Leader or Site Manager, ready to lead with confidence.

**What You'll Learn**:

- Plant care and maintenance
- Plant nutrition programs

- Irrigation systems installation and maintenance
- Specialist transplanting, pruning and mowing operations
- Safety protocols and equipment operation

**About You**:

- No prior experience required
- Valid Drivers' license
- Valid Working With Vulnerable People Check (or be willing to obtain one)
- Valid White Card (or be willing to obtain one)
