Work with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate business requirementsTranslate requirements into functional, non-functional, and transition specifications using standardized Business Analysis conceptsDocument requirements using tools such as Jira and Confluence2Stakeholder EngagementFunction as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and alignmentPartner with stakeholders to plan and prioritize product backlogs based on value deliveryLead discovery workshops to assess customer experience, requirements, and solution feasibilitySolution DesignAnalyze complex business scenarios and design solutions that align with business objectivesCreate roadmaps and business proposals based on gathered insights and market researchFormulate and present solutions to internal and external stakeholdersActively participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-upsCollaborate with other Business Analysts and Scrum Masters to ensure consistent ways of working across teamsRefine and manage backlogs in discussion with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the product visionTesting and Quality AssuranceSupport the development team with requirement clarifications and routine issue resolutionsAssist in functional and non-functional testing to ensure deliverables meet business objectivesMentorship and Organizational ContributionMentor junior Business Analysts and team members to enhance their capabilitiesAssist in practice and organization-level initiatives, including sales opportunities and process improvementsREQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND SKILLSTechnical and Analytical SkillsStrong ability to demystify complex business scenarios into understandable requirementsProficiency in requirement engineering and solution design within an agile environmentSound understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologiesExpertise in collaboration tools like Jira and ConfluenceAbility to assess risks and ensure that developed features align with business goalsBusiness AcumenProven experience in Banking and Financial Services, with a focus on digital products such as mobile and internet bankingStrong understanding of planning, governance, and monitoring of Business Analysis activitiesAbility to perform market research to identify business advantages and solutionsCommunication and Stakeholder ManagementExcellent oral and written communication skills to influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholdersConfidence in facilitating workshops, presenting solutions, and managing stakeholder expectationsLeadership and CollaborationExperienced in collaborating with global and remote teamsProactive in mentoring and guiding team members to achieve organizational objectivesREQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related fieldA minimum of 6 years of experience in Business Analysis, with a proven record of executing relevant activities
