**About this position**

The City of Gosnells Engineering Services Team is offering an excellent opportunity for a suitably qualified, experienced and self-motivated individual to carry out concreting, kerbing and other duties to construct and maintain the City's pedestrian and road network.

This is a permanent position based at the City's Operations Centre in Maddington.

**What we are looking for**

To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate:

- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant industry experience and sound knowledge of civil infrastructure construction and maintenance practices.
- Sound knowledge of concrete cutting, set up and finishing, kerbing, laying and construction/maintenance techniques and standards.
- Ability to read plans and calculate quantitates to order materials.

**Essential requirements**
- MR driver's licence
- White Card
- National Police Clearance (no older than three months)
