Meet the Global Marketing Team
With the rise of AI and changes in consumer's software needs, this new and growing team is shaping and executing our global marketing strategy to reflect the evolution of our product offering. We're disrupting the way value is delivered in the legal community, and this needs a significant shift in how we drive LEAP's brand awareness, recognition and AI product adoption. Led by the Head of Global Marketing, this team works closely with global marketing teams to drive the visibility and growth of our industry-leading legal productivity software. Based at our Sydney Head Office, this is the team that sets the global standard for how we position LEAP in the market, providing the backbone of global campaigns and messaging that each region can leverage.
What you'll do
You'll join a growing team as the first Graphic Designer in our next generation Global Marketing function, helping define how we present ourselves across global markets, bringing a fresh, unified approach to our campaigns and storytelling. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to reimagine our digital presence - from redesigning our website to producing visually engaging content for blogs, articles, and social media - all with the goal of deepening audience connection and boosting engagement across international markets.
To make this happen, you will take care of:
Brand Development:
Design and maintain consistent visual branding across all marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media, to strengthen LEAP's identity as a leading LegalTech provider.
Marketing Collateral:
Create engaging graphics for brochures, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, and presentations tailored to law firm audiences.
Digital Content:
Develop visually appealing assets for LEAP's website, social media platforms, and online advertising campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
Product Visuals:
Collaborate with the product team to design user interface elements, icons, and visuals for LEAP's cloud-based software, ensuring an intuitive and professional user experience.
Event Materials:
Produce creative materials for legal industry events, webinars, and trade shows, including banners, posters, and digital displays to attract and educate potential clients.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate complex legal software concepts into clear, visually appealing designs.
AI Integration:
Support the visualisation of LEAP's AI-driven tools, such as Matter AI and LawY, through infographics and explainer visuals that highlight their value to law firms.
What you'll bring
3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in a B2B or technology-focused environment
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva).
It's a bonus if you have:
Experience with video editing and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Familiarity with web design principles and tools like HTML/CSS

Has excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to turn complex information into clear, actionable steps.
