Join our dynamic NDIS team at Dash Group and contribute to driving significant developments in the rapidly growing NDIS division. As an experienced NDIS professional, you will collaborate closely with our National NDIS Manager to further expand our reach and impact.

**The Opportunity**:
Duties will include:

- Conduct interviews and facilitate the onboarding process for RNs and Allied Health professionals.
- Manage rostering to ensure effective staffing management.
- Drive new business development through proactive outreach, client visits, and participation in networking events.
- Represent Dash Group at Disability/NDIS Expos, both attending and hosting our stand.

**About You**:

- Proven ability to work autonomously, demonstrate foresight, and drive strategic initiatives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building lasting relationships.
