We assist NDIS self-managed and plan-managed participants on every step of their employment journey. Our support covers aspiration and motivation, health and wellbeing, interpersonal skills, and job search skills, among others. We are dedicated to helping individuals achieve stability and paid employment opportunities.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an NDIS Employment Consultant, located in Carrum Downs, VIC. The NDIS Employment Consultant will provide direct support to NDIS participants, developing and implementing job search strategies, offering career counseling, and conducting job coaching sessions. Responsibilities also include case management and accompanying participants to appointments and job interviews. The consultant will work collaboratively with participants to enhance their employability and ensure successful job placements.
Qualifications- Job Coaching and Career Counseling skills
- Proficiency in Job Search Strategies
- Experience in Case Management
- Skills in providing Accompaniment and support during job search activities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Understanding of NDIS and related employment support systems
