Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Implementation Specialist to oversee the end-to-end implementation of payroll and award interpretation systems ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Define project objectives, timelines, and resource allocation for seamless delivery.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Lead data cleansing, migration, and validation activities, ensuring collaboration and ownership of configuration and testing.
Manage change, training, communication, and post-go-live support to drive adoption.
Compliance Expertise:
Interpret Enterprise and Collective Agreements, as well as relevant Awards and clauses ensuring proper capture and payment.
Develop system infrastructure to ensure error-free payroll calculations alongside vendors.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure accuracy, security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Ensure adherence to procedures, security measures, and legal requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
