Transition Officer

MacKillop Catholic College, Warnervale is seeking a Transition Officer to join our professional and passionate administration team.
This is a permanent full-time role commencing in Term 1, 2026.This newly created role focuses on the personalised accompaniment of students and their families as they progress through their educational journey from Baptism to Post School Learning.
