**Our client is managing a well-known 140 room property in Melbourne and is searching for an experienced Receptionist or Reservations Agent.**

Customer service at front of house reception - checking guests in and out

Over the phone reservations

Maintaining an online inventory of rooms and availability of the complex

Directing housekeeping staff and assisting other team members

Handling gust services in all aspects of FO operations

**Skills**:
**Experience and knowledge with hotel reservation software programs**

**Exceptional customer service skills**

**Guest focused**

**Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills**

**Ability to work various shifts as well as availability to work on weekends and public holidays**

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
