We're looking for aProcurement Systems & Data Analystto join our team and play a key role in ensuring data integrity, supporting procurement processes, and driving efficiencies across our supply chain.
Responsibilities
Maintain and manage SAP contract pricing and condition records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Support Tasmanian Freight Equalisation Scheme (TFES) claims, including processing, documentation, and compliance reviews.
Partner with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
Support procurement activities by analysing root causes of pricing or process variances and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Drive continuous improvement by streamlining processes and enhancing data accuracy.
What we're looking for
Strong SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) experience – ideally with pricing, vendor, and contract maintenance.
Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and support cross-functional teams.
Procurement experience with a solid understanding of supplier contracts, invoices, and cost allocation.
Demonstrated process improvement capability – you can spot inefficiencies and make systems work better.
Root cause analysis skills – you know how to dig into data and resolve systemic issues.
Familiarity with TFES claims processes is ideal but not a must
