Here's your chance to step into a role that's brand new and ready for you to make your mark We're looking for a Procurement Systems & Data Analyst to join our team and play a key role in ensuring data integrity, supporting procurement processes, and driving efficiencies across our supply chain.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage SAP contract pricing and condition records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support Tasmanian Freight Equalisation Scheme (TFES) claims, including processing, documentation, and compliance reviews.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
  • Support procurement activities by analysing root causes of pricing or process variances and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive continuous improvement by streamlining processes and enhancing data accuracy.
Qualifications
  • Strong SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) experience – ideally with pricing, vendor, and contract maintenance.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and support cross-functional teams.
  • Procurement experience with a solid understanding of supplier contracts, invoices, and cost allocation.
  • Demonstrated process improvement capability – you can spot inefficiencies and make systems work better.
  • Root cause analysis skills – you know how to dig into data and resolve systemic issues.
  • Familiarity with TFES claims processes is ideal but not a must.
  • Be part of a dynamic and supportive procurement team.
  • Play a critical role in shaping procurement systems and processes.
