**About the Role**:Due to internal progression, we are looking for a full-time or part-time Receptionist/ Client Service Officer. Being able to work from both our Kotara and Maitland offices you will be the welcoming face of our business. You will work closely with our Client Relationship Managers, Client Service Officers and Financial Advisers to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients. We require you to hold a current driver's license, we will provide comprehensive and supportive on-the-job training and career progression.

**Your Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Reception duties
- Greeting clients and making them feel welcome at the office
- Making outbound calls and taking inbound calls
- Co-ordinating the booking of client meetings
- Data entry; liaising with external service and product providers
- Ensuring the offices maintain a high standard of professional presentation and cleanliness at all times
- Providing administrative support to the CEO and Senior Financial Advisers

**Your Skills and Ability to Demonstrate**:

- Previous experience in an administration role is a must
- Excellent people & communication skills
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- A friendly and professional telephone manner
- Efficient and accurate data entry and computer skills, specifically with the Microsoft Office suite
- Be highly organised with a proven ability to prioritise tasks
- Reliable and dependable
- Ability to work both as part of a team as well as independently
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an extremely high attention to detail
- Be highly motivated and be able to adapt to a variety of situations
