Myhealth Castle Towers is looking for a friendly, professional and organised Medical Receptionist to join the team.

We also have some positions available for our NEWLY Opened clinic in Box Hill NSW.

Myhealth is the largest medical operator in Australia servicing more than 1.2 million patients yearly. We have a position available for a casual medical receptionists of all levels to join our team at **Castle Towers** to be the first point of contact for our patients to ensure high quality healthcare service to our patients.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Rights to work in Australia;
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Excellent communication skills;
- Demonstrate ability to provide high quality customer service;
- Previous experience in administration/customer care;
- Willingness to learn and work as a team;
- Ability to multi-task and perform appropriately under pressure with attention to detail.

**Preferred but not essential**:

- Experience with Best Practice software;
- Previous experience as medical receptionist or similar;
- Ability to communicate in other languages welcome;
- Previous team lead experience welcome for more senior positions.
- **Preferably knows how to speak Cantonese/Mandarin.**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $24.97 - $30.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
