**Key responsibility**:

- Help sales manager to follow up all type of sales matters
- Follow schedule/urgent order
- Collecting industrial information
- Assisting to complete products Quality Control check
- Accurately describe product features and benefits
- Collaborate with the sales staff to monitor active purchase orders and make sure that orders are completed on time
- Working and communicate closely with Operation team to ensure orders can be processed smoothly
- Prepare PPT for product presentation

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 2+ years' proven working experience in office assistant
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- High-level proficiency with MS Office programs
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents
- Must have an available driver license and your own car

**Salary**:base salary $ 60,000.00 annually + bonus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus
- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Australian driver license (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
