**The Role**

As part of our busy and vibrant Creative Studios, you'll work on a variety of high-impact projects—ranging from advertising campaigns and lifestyle photography to custom-designed room sets and 3D product visuals. This **permanent full-time** role provides the opportunity to contribute to major marketing campaigns while further developing your expertise.

**Your Responsibilities Will Include**:

- **Advanced Photo Retouching**: Leverage your experience to retouch product and lifestyle images for client marketing campaigns, progressing from basic adjustments to complex and high-end image builds.
- **Style Application & Quality Control**: Ensure all images align with our clients' briefs by adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining a high level of quality.
- **Problem-Solving in Fast-Paced Environments**: Use your experience to tackle creative challenges and produce high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- **Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement**: Build relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver creative solutions that exceed expectations.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in photo retouching or a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills.
- **Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop**: Advanced knowledge of retouching techniques, colour correction, and image editing.
- **Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for detail and a passion for producing flawless images.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**: Experience working with clients or internal teams to deliver high-quality results.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, efficiently solving creative and technical challenges.
