About the role
Applications are now being invited for the position of State Service Delivery Manager in our Perth, Western Australia branch.
Reporting to the State Manager (Western Australia branch), the State Service Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service, consistent product reliability and provide strong team leadership.
The State Service Delivery Manager is a field facing position that manages the ongoing service relationship with Konica Minolta customers, and to lead, develop and manage a highly skilled service delivery workforce.
**Requirements**:
**The primary tasks include**:
- Oversees the presentation of service to customers while making sure the service levels are met, effective and profitable.
- Oversees the Workshop and service delivery process.
- Manages and develops the service delivery team with regular and systematic meetings and reviews, in line with organisational objectives (Performance for Growth).
- Leads the service delivery team's focus on innovation and continual improvement.
- Engage key customers ensuring all contracted service deliverables are met, this includes regular customer facing meetings and being a single point of contact for service delivery exceptions.
- Manage the State P&L costs relating to the Service Delivery team.
- Support sales teams with creation and presentation of quarterly reviews for allocated accounts within the team area.
- Assist with implementations and provision of services, in conjunction with the Project Management Office and Professional Services teams.
- Promotes new revenue streams.
- Communicate the company vision and service.

Highly-developed interpersonal and communication skills including proven ability to:
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with a range of stakeholders, inside and outside the Company.
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations.
- Develop and deliver presentations to diverse audiences.
- Represent the Company with credibility, professionalism and genuine enthusiasm.
- Proficiently manage other employees.
- Understand client relationship management, service level agreement (SLA) management, service change management and service delivery performance management/metrics.
- Well-developed understanding of customer centric business processes, technology needs, and business issues, and proven ability to develop value rich solutions to meet those needs.
- Well-developed analytical skills and detail orientation including the proven ability to consider information and formulate sound business recommendations.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage competing priorities under pressure and to organise complex matters within tight deadlines.
- Sound knowledge of Office, Production and Industrial print and equipment.
Essential Requirements
- Hold valid working rights for Australia.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver's licence.
- Consent to pre-employment background screening.
- Strong financial acumen is essential.
- Ability to adhere to all Konica Minolta Health and Safety requirements and responsibilities.
