Our client is a leading organization in the Air Conditioning manufacturing industry. We are actively searching for a new **Warehouse Clerk** to join the team

**About the role**

As a Warehouse Clerk, you will be responsible for:

- Collaborate with procurement staff to list expected deliveries.
- Receive shipments and sign paperwork upon receipt.
- Inspect contents to ensure they are undamaged.
- Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, price etc.)
- Contact procurement or supplier or shipper if a mistake is identified.
- Assume responsibility for returning unsatisfactory shipments or receiving replacements with procurement assistance.
- Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated place.
- Ensure voucher matching is possible for satisfactory deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control.

**To be successful, you will possess the following**:

- Proven experience as receiving clerk or similar position.
- A valid NSW Forklift license isn't necessary but is highly desired.
- Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Great communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Good physical condition

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Blacktown, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
