**About the Team**

You will be working in our growing information management team and providing engineering data transfer services to our engineering and operations colleagues. With the growing amount of digital product information, being sent within the Rheinmetall group, as well as amongst partners and customers our information management team is part of the heartbeat that drives our company. The information management team is part of the development control department. Located in Redbank in Ipswich, our Engineering team support our Vehicle Systems Division.

- As
- **Information Management Lead**, you can anticipate some of your day-to-day tasks to include:

- Development of the Technical Information Management (TIM) Strategy and Architecture, which incorporates: developing systems, interfaces, processes, policies, procedures and protocols for information management within Rheinmetall Defence Australia.
- Devise and implement efficient and secure procedures for Information management and analysis with attention to all technical aspects.
- Establish a single source of truth for Technical Information within PDM, ERP and DMS systems, avoid data duplication.
- Monitor and analyse information and data systems evaluating their performance to discover ways of enhancing them (new technologies, upgrades, best practice, automation and digitalisation).
- Identify and manage risks and issues related to Technical information.
- Identify best possible ways to provide technical information input into Mandated System Review packages.
- Work with project teams to understand business needs with the aim of ensuring the best possible information management frameworks are utilised to aid compliance and consistency.
- Implement robust configuration management controls to technical information.
- Maintain a master data map for engineering systems.

- Experience in specifying, testing and rollout of information management interfaces.
- Experience with document and configuration management and release processes.

- Be an Australia citizen and have held or the ability to hold a security clearance in Australia.
