With strong growth ambitions and major recent wins, we're looking for passionate and experienced planning and environmental professionals to join us on this journey.What you'll do (depending on your level)Deliver planning and environmental assessments (EIS, SSI, SSD, MID, REFs)Build strong client relationships across public and private sectorsContribute to winning work through compelling proposalsLead, mentor, and help shape a positive team cultureProvide expert advice on major infrastructure projects in renewables, transport, water, and propertyCollaborate with specialists across ecology, acoustics, land contamination, engineering, and designRecent projects include:Strategic environmental assessments of emerging renewable energy technologies such as offshore wind, pumped hydro, and hydrogenPlanning approvals for iconic infrastructure projects including the Beaufort Bypass, Inland Rail, and large-scale energy transition projects like EnergyConnect and the Central West Orana REZSupporting the rollout of Fast Rail initiatives and Zero Emissions Bus transitionsAbout youYou're passionate about planning and approvals, with a strong track record of delivering great outcomes for clients and communities.You will likely bring:3–15 years of experience in environmental planning and approvals (we have roles available for various levels)Proven experience leading or contributing to major projects and approval strategiesA sound understanding of Queensland's environmental assessment frameworks and planning legislationDemonstrated ability to manage or support complex, multidisciplinary projectsStrong communication skills and an interest in mentoring others (for more senior candidates)A team-first mindset and drive to grow with usReady to shape the future of infrastructure in Queensland?
