We're on the hunt for a Social Content Lead to bring our brands to life across social media with bold, creative, and highly engaging content.

**In this role you'll be responsible for**:
- Leading the creative direction and owning the day-to-day development of content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
- Leading video content production — ideation, scripting, shooting, directing, and editing short-form videos using in-house or mobile tools
- Manage offsite shoots with internal team and external agency partners - briefing, ideation, scripting, talent sourcing and coordination
- Managing and scheduling the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery aligned with campaign and commercial goals
- Experimenting with new formats and ideas to stay ahead of platform trends and audience expectations
- Collaborating with internal teams to integrate storytelling into brand, product, and promotional campaigns
- Partnering with influencer and PR teams to amplify organic content or repurpose creator assets
- Sourcing and managing talent, creators, and internal contributors to bring content ideas to life
- Analysing content performance metrics to inform optimisation and future creative direction

**To be successful in this role, you should be**:
- University degree qualified in a relevant field (Commerce, Business, Marketing, or similar)
- A proactive social media marketer with hands-on experience sourcing, negotiating and managing influencer and contra partnerships, ideally in a Retail or eCommerce environment
- Proven experience developing and executing organic social media strategies with measurable results
- A confident communicator and negotiator who can build strong, strategic relationships
- Creative and organised, with an eye for compelling content and the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
- Comfortable interpreting data and using insights to drive strategy and performance
- Highly collaborative, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholders
- Up to date with social media trends, influencer and content best practice and audience behaviours
- Commercially minded with experience managing budgets and negotiating commercial agreements
- Highly organised with strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.- Work with an incredible team to solve important challenges, helping to drive Australia and New Zealand's eCommerce future
