Creative Marketing Professional

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead our campaign and content strategies across multiple leisure venues in the Yarra Ranges.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage engaging content across websites and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with venue teams to create local promotions and drive customer engagement.
  • Support staff training and induction content to enhance knowledge sharing.
  • Foster cross-site marketing opportunities to expand our reach.
Essential Skills:
  • Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in social media scheduling tools and multimedia content creation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Leadership and coaching capability to mentor team members.
  • Passion for community engagement and driving positive change.

Please note that a tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related fields is required. Additionally, experience in campaign management and content creation, along with current certifications, is highly valued.
