Nestled in and around a natural setting abundant with flora and fauna, Riddell Gardens in Sunbury has an atmosphere of traditional country charm.About the OpportunityAs a Lifestyle Services Officer you'll be responsible for providing support and assistance to residents in meeting their individual lifestyle goals, needs and choices to enhance their overall quality of life.Assist with the design, delivery and monitoring of group and individual lifestyle services activities and complementary therapies for residentsCoordinate individual and group activities and therapiesEnsure recreational activities, therapies and documentation comply with Aged Care Standards and relevant Acts, legal and ethical standardsAbout YouTo be successful, you'll need:Cert IV in Leisure and Health (essential)Previous experience in Aged Care (preferred but not essential)Availability and reliability to commit to required shiftsBring your passion for quality care and in return, we will provide you with an opportunity to build an outstanding career by expanding and developing your skills.The Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check, provide proof of Flu & COVID-19 Vaccination and possibly complete a NDIS Worker Screen.Our residential aged care communities are supported by specialised teams who care deeply about our residents' individual needs.
