About the role

As the Lifestyle Assistant, you'll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team and play a pivotal part in the planning and implementation of wellbeing activities for the residents of MP East Melbourne.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and implementing wellbeing activities for residents.
What you'll bring
  • Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
  • A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
  • The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • High level of customer service skills.
Qualifications and requirements
  • A current NDIS check.
  • Cert IV in Leisure & Health or higher.
  • Previous experience in an Aged Care setting (desirable, not essential).
  • Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status as per public health orders.
