**About the Opportunity**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain supplier quality assurance process models aligned with strategic objectives.
- Identify and implement process improvements and innovative solutions to boost quality and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance of supplier quality assurance processes with relevant standards and regulations.
- Lead the SQA team and oversee performance across the program.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and address stakeholder needs.
- Provide training and support on SQA processes and best practices to staff.
**About you**
- Tertiary qualifications in Quality Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001) or equivalent frameworks.
- Preferred: Advanced degree such as an MBA or Master's in a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supplier quality assurance or process management, ideally in defence or manufacturing.
- Proven ability to develop and implement supplier quality assurance processes and systems.
- Strong grasp of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools. Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in quality assurance tools and software.**Eligibility**
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
