About The RoleThis is a rare opportunity for an experienced Café Manager to join our close-knit team to provide exceptional customer service to our patrons and make them feel welcome.
You will be responsible for managing front of house for breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea.
Duties include daily service, rostering, purchasing, cleanliness, hygiene, the day-to-day café operations and opens/ closes.This is a fast-paced key leadership role where you will lead, coach and mentor the team to strive for exceptional customer service.The Perfect ProfilePrevious hospitality & team management experienceConfidence in dealing with customersManaging rosters and purchasingNatural leader, leading from exampleFood Safety Supervisor CertificateA rare opportunity in hospitality with Work-Life Balance – Rotating Weekends and No Late Nights
