Serving fresh and dry-aged fish and shellfish, with sauces celebrating the seasons and local produce, the menu will shine a spotlight on Australian ingredients.
The wine list will likewise lean local, acting as a love letter to Australia's most important winemakers, regions and grapes, with illustrious labels alongside more contemporary, progressive makers.
The cocktail menu will comprise a tight selection of classics poured tableside and infused with local botanicals.Delta Rue Delta Rue is striking and bustling restaurant on level 5 of the Sydney Sofitel Wentworth with Vietnamese-French cuisine.
Delta Rue evokes the faded old-world elegance of Hanoi's Old Quarter in the 1920s, offering a piece of unique escapism to our guests.
