Barista Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced barista to fill this role.
- Making high-quality coffee drinks and other beverages, including milkshakes and smoothies, in a fast-paced environment.
- Greeting customers and delivering exceptional customer service to maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Preparing coffee drinks and other beverages to the highest standard of taste and quality, while ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Making beverage recommendations to customers and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Delivering superior service by responding promptly and efficiently to customer complaints and issues.
- Taking table reservations, greeting guests, and managing bookings with accuracy and professionalism.
- Providing excellent service as a server and ensuring a seamless dining experience for customers.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista in a similar environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure and professionalism at all times.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, moving around the workplace as needed.
- Availability to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, as required.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with commercial coffee equipment and brewing methods.
- Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer customer questions and provide recommendations.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
