**Job Description**:
This is a 12 month fixed term contract - and Nine is a great place for opportunity

The Head of Creative Client Solutions is a great role for a strong people leader. It's a senior position that will manage a large and highly successful team to deliver market leading cross-platform brief response solutions to Nine's clients. You'll be highly collaborative and work closely with the team to deliver commercial, content-led solutions across the relevant Nine TV, radio, digital and print verticals, also including Nine's sister brands Pedestrian, Domain and Drive.

**Team leadership**:

- Day-to-day management and development of the National Creative Solutions team
- Responsible for inspiring and motivating team members with regular encouragement and maintaining enthusiasm by providing individualized coaching when needed
- Participation in broader Powered leadership group
- Oversee and maintain team revenue targets and goals

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with Group Business Directors to devise channel plan within cross platform brief responses to help achieve key client objectives
- Foster agency and client relationships along with Sales to ensure strong customer service and collaborative working
- Work closely with Director of Strategy and Insights and engage Strategy team as required
- Work closely with Trade Marketing and Publicity to regularly promote larger campaigns and success in market
- Work closely with Nine Data Champions & Social leads to ensure channels are best represented within brief responses
- Oversee post campaign result delivery with Heads of Client Experience
- Work closely with Content Partnerships teams to ensure Creative Solutions team are across all of Nine's formats and related commercial opportunities
- Collaborate with broader Powered Studios team to ensure process is running efficiently and effectively while fostering culture of creativity

**Brief response**:

- Lead team to deliver major partnership responses and contributing to annual proposals for major Nine clients
- Ensure consistent quality output of Powered cross platform brief response nationally
- Collaborate with Content Partnerships teams to ensure all formats and platforms are considered for relevant briefs
- Ensure a strong data element of Powered brief responses
- Promote new ways of thinking/working to deliver BIG IDEAS for brands and agencies
- Keep abreast of local competitor creative and best-in-class creative solutions to ensure that we remain competitive in market

**Qualifications**:
**Essential experience & skills**:

- A minimum of 10 year's relevant media experience at an agency, media publisher or technology platform
- A minimum of 5 year's experience leading and managing a team of at least 8 people. People management should be a core competency
- Ability to forge strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, with the capability to influence, negotiate and mediate to reach an optimum outcome for all parties
- A solutions-focused team player who is flexible and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Excellent organisation skills, with strength in planning, time-management and follow-through
- Delivering to strict deadlines and committed to exceeding expectations
- Working directly with multiple stakeholders across varying areas of business and levels of seniority
